So came hear because the upload on Mangahere.com is broken.... But not sure how to download this.. all the links redirect me to some bull site that wants me to install flashplayer (which I already have the latest update of) or some .exe file, to play the file like it's a movie... when it's a simple pdf...

DeleteMultiupload gives you 4 or 5 different mirrors:
-for example, select zippy then click on download now
If you still have problems, follow the link to batoto in the menu on the right of the main page.
